In 2021, we were engaged by the Ministry of Agriculture to be part of a team that would create a brand for the traditional ‘Mnarja’ celebration.
Due to the pandemic restrictions in place at the time, the usual activities at Buskett could not be held and the responsible Ministry opted to shift the festivities online. This meant that our efforts had to go into creating hype around this tradition and informing the public virtually!
Looking at this challenge as an opportunity, we decided to build a unique and modern brand representing this tradition. This meant amalgamating old and contemporary concepts to make ‘Mnarja’ more approachable and attractive to a wider and also younger audience.

The new brand identity was complemented by infographics highlighting Imnarja’s history and fun facts. The event’s online pages saw a significant increase in engagement due to these infographics and other online content.
